This privacy policy explains how Mako Logics LLC(“we”) handles information collected through this website, https://localaibox.com. LocalAIBox itself is an on-premises product: when you run the appliance, your prompts and documents stay on your own network and are never sent to us. This policy covers only the marketing website.

Information we collect

• Contact form. When you submit the contact form we collect the name, work email, company, and message you provide, so we can respond to your enquiry.
• Bot protection. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from bots. Turnstile may process limited technical signals (such as your IP address and browser information) to make that determination.
• Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate, anonymous traffic and performance. These do not use cookies and do not track you across other websites.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss whether LocalAIBox fits your needs.
• To protect the website from spam and abuse.
• To improve the website's content and performance in aggregate.

How it is handled

Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email through our email provider (Resend). The website is hosted on Vercel. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising. We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to follow up with you.

Third parties

We share information only with the service providers needed to operate this site: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Cloudflare (bot protection), and Resend (email delivery). Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.
